20 Days Diet



Regeln:
  • Do not drink: alcoholic beverages, sweet water
  • Do not eat: potatoes, sweets
  • Es darf nur mit Pflanzenöl gekocht werden
  • Nach der Diät kann alles in kleinen Portionen gegessen werden
  • Vorzugsweise sollten täglich 200g Hüttenkäse gegessen werden
Dauer:
20 Tage, Hungertage werden nicht wiederholt

Erwartete Gewichtsabnahme:
12-15kg nach 20 Tagen
 
Day 1,Day 2(hungry):
1 liter of nonfat yogurt or skim kefir, in the evening - 1 cup tomato juice and a little slice of black bread(25-30g).

Day 3, Day 4(protein):
Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee without sugar, 1 slice of bread(25-30g), 1/2 tsp. butter, 1/2 tsp. honey.
Lunch: 1 cup low-fat meat or fish broth, 50 g of boiled meat or fish, a slice of black bread(25-30g), 2 tbsp. canned green peas.
Snack: 1 cup tea with 1 tsp. honey
Dinner:1 slice of boiled meat or fish, or 50 grams of lean ham, or 2 boiled eggs, or 50 g of cheese + 1 cup nonfat yogurt, 1 slice of black bread(25-30g).

Day 5, Day 6(vegetable):
Breakfast: 2 apples or 2 oranges.
Lunch: 1 cup vegetable soup without butter, salad or raw cabbage or vegetable stew(150-200g), piece of black bread(25-30g).
Snack: Any vegetables.
Dinner: any vegetable salad with a slice of black bread(25-30g). (you can eat a large bowl of cabbage salad with 1 tsp olive oil, apple vinegar and 1-2 tsp soy sauce)

To repeat the third day.
